WebThis team is called a multidisciplinary team (MDT). The team meets weekly to discuss all patients who have been diagnosed with cancer. Regardless of which specialist you were referred to or how your care was transferred to us, your case will be discussed at this meeting if you have, or are suspected to have, colorectal (bowel) cancer or anal cancer.
